- Lead as a trusted advisor with a future view of the workplace plan and be at the forefront of succession requirements in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong experience in providing insights, analytics, and reporting providing talent trends across AUNZ in partnership with our Heads of People & Culture and Head of Talent Acquisition.
- In consultation with Senior Leadership Team, create and a deliver a Talent Acquisition plan that shows in depth understanding of their needs, wants, expectations, and idiosyncrasies. Create effective and proactive solutions including creation of talent pipelines and succession planning for hard to fill roles, having a direct impact on lowering attrition and increasing retention of new hires.
- Identify, develop, and execute effective, strategic hiring plans for critical, complex roles that have enterprise-wide impact. Challenge the brief: find a passion within the agencies to move away from 'traditional' competitors as the only source of talent and provide methods of finding alternative talent.
- Research and implement new ways of working, processes, and technologies to build the talent pipeline across each agency encouraging a proactive approach to recruitment. Create end to end talent and workforce strategies for the incubation, development, and integration of new business.
- Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent, ensuring a focus on DEI within talent practices. Educating, leading, and coaching hiring leaders on how to leverage diverse talent.
- Keep abreast of market, industry, and talent trends which are relevant to recruitment and share knowledge and findings throughout the team.
- Identify and maintain competitive intelligence on key industry talent, building a talent 'database' to ensure we can quickly approach top talent ahead of our growth needs.
- Ability to work in a high volume, needs driven environment while providing support to your peers.
- Best practice, candidate centric approach applied throughout the recruitment process including but not limited to; following new hire approval process, candidate CV reviews, phone screening, initial interview, follow up interview process, facilitations of any testing required and completion of reference, competency, and background checks.
- Ensure that our recruitment CRM (Jobvite) is kept up to date with relevant top-tier talent and you are an active contributor to ensuring they are targeted with content.
- Consistently demonstrating high value of client service to ensure that the Talent team is seen as a trusted and valued partner within the organisation.
- Extensive experience working as a senior talent consultant within an in-house talent acquisition/recruitment function.
- Ideally a track record of dealing with high volume of roles.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity in a highly complex matrix structure.
- Highly solutions-driven, adaptable, possessing a strong growth mindset.
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience.
- Loves data, speed, and accuracy, and collaborative relationships at all times.
- Ability to drive innovative talent attraction strategies and influence hiring decisions through data.
