- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience using multiple software programs/databases.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal andwritten communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm, positive and objective manner whilst exercising your ability to explain complex information to result in a positive outcome.
- Ability to manually calculate superannuation benefit payments.
