Our work culture is positive and inclusive, so that our people benefit from a rewarding and enjoyable work experience.In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of personal, medical and financial data, provision of technical information and support the Insurance Team to facilitate the accurate and timely provision of administrative insurance and payment related services to members and stakeholders for the various superannuation schemes and products administered by the Super SA Office.Are you someone who enjoys a dynamic workplace, is self-motivated and appreciates the diversity of our members and employees?   • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience using multiple software programs/databases.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm, positive and objective manner whilst exercising your ability to explain complex information to result in a positive outcome.
  • Ability to manually calculate superannuation benefit payments.
In addition, experience in superannuation or financial services industry plus exposure to insurance claims and/or insurance underwriting administration is highly desirable.Special ConditionsRecommended applicants are subject to satisfactory criminal history check in accordance with the DTF Pre-Employment Screening Policy and Procedure and every three years thereafter.There are multiple temporary roles available, up to 12 months. Super SA will establish a pool of suitable candidates who may be employed at any time throughout a 12 month period.
