In this role you will carry out assessments, develop person centred care plans, ensure accurate documentation and records keeping and be a role model for other care staff.With a continuous improved mindset, you will identify opportunities for improved care quality, working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Multiple roster variations are available with a mixture of morning and afternoons including:

Roster 1 (Week 1 – Tues (15:00-22:30), Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30), Sat (07:00-15:15) / Week 2 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30), Fri (15:00-22:30), Sat (15:00-22:30))
Roster 2 (Week 1 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30) / Week 2 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30))
Roster 3 (Week 1 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30))

About youYou are energetic and self-motivated looking to be a part of a caring team. You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. Your care experience will include:

Nursing qualification and current AHPRA Registration
Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards is preferred.
Excellent time management and documentation skills
Strong communication skills with a wide range of people
COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
