In this role you will carry out assessments, develop person centred care plans, ensure accurate documentation and records keeping and be a role model for other care staff.With a continuous improved mindset, you will identify opportunities for improved care quality, working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Multiple roster variations are available with a mixture of morning and afternoons including:
  • Roster 1 (Week 1 – Tues (15:00-22:30), Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30), Sat (07:00-15:15) / Week 2 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30), Fri (15:00-22:30), Sat (15:00-22:30))
  • Roster 2 (Week 1 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30) / Week 2 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30))
  • Roster 3 (Week 1 – Wed (15:00-22:30), Thu (15:00-22:30))
About youYou are energetic and self-motivated looking to be a part of a caring team. You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. Your care experience will include:
  • Nursing qualification and current AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills with a wide range of people
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
