This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused experienced Production Manager to become an integral part of our business.Responsibilities:

Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules
Co-ordinate and schedule daily production plans
Optimising production workflow and performance
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
Training and developing the production team
Creating and maintaining a safe workplace

Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in manufacturing management
Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
Coordination of manufacturing process
Maintaining strong control of manufacturing costs
Improving the efficiency of the manufacturing operations
