- Leads and manages the Melbourne team's day-to-day operations.
- Achieves regional sales targets by acquiring new business and growing existing accounts.
- Manages the local branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- Develop the capabilities of the sales office team to enable the achievement of agreed goals
- Demonstrates the company customer service vision and values to internal and external customers to maintain and improve the brand reputation in the Melbourne market
- Commitment to consistent delivery of quality product and service to customers to ensure continue preferred supplier status
- Oversees all operational aspects of the Melbourne office, ensuring they are aligned with company policies.
- Ensures the office complies with all local and regional regulations.
- Maintains clear and timely communication between the Melbourne office and the head office.
- Staff supervision experience, bility to lead and motivate subordinates and lead by example.
- Previous Sales Management Experience.
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering or A-Dip Mech Eng with HVAC background/experience/ Trade background preferred.
- AIRAH or ASHRAE certifications or registrations a plus.
- Mathematical and reasoning skills to Engineering level.
- High degree of technical aptitude.
- Technical sales experience, 5 years plus.
