The Picking Leading Hand is responsible for assisting the Picking Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the Glasshouse, as well as management and implementation of the picking strategies in order to achieve budgeted production levels. This is a hands-on role where the majority of your time will be spent in the Glasshouse.Packing Leading Hand – The Packing Leading Hand role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being hands-on, and are looking to develop or enhance your career in leadership. This role reports directly to the Packing Supervisor and will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of the packing functions to ensure production deadlines are met.Entry Level Team Leaders – A fantastic role to kick start a career as a team leader with on-the-job training and coaching to support your success. This role is available within our Crop Care Team, Harvest (Picking) Team or our Production (Packing) team.Forklift Operators - Reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor, this role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of goods and materials to ensure the quality and timeliness of customer orders meet expectations. For this you will need to have an existing Forklift license and be comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced environment with large groups of other people in the same vicinity.Why to consider relocating?There are many benefits to living in the country compared to the city, things to consider like:
