We have an opportunity for you to join our growing teams as a Senior Manager, Risk. This role is available to you if you are based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, and Brisbane. You'll play a pivotal part in supporting the STO and its partners (administrators, insurers, and promoters) by spearheading the operational aspects of our risk management framework. Your influence will contribute to a more mature risk culture within the STO and its valued partners.About the role:

Maintain and implement STO's Risk Management Framework and Strategy and Appetite.
Monitor key material risks, controls, and indicators for each fund.
Conduct regular and ad hoc Fund risk reviews to identify emerging risks.
Improve Risk Culture through continuous learning in risk management.
Escalate out-of-tolerance outcomes from annual Business Performance Reviews.
Review the effectiveness of Risk Management and Strategic Planning Frameworks annually.
Contribute to audits, projects, and prepare stakeholder reports.

What you'll need to succeed:

Previous experience in line 1 or line 2 risk role in superannuation
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to prepare high-quality written reports for presentation to senior stakeholders
Well-developed mathematic skills
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Law or related field.
