The position will be responsible for the Vendor Registration, Qualification, Performance and Development activities across the project.Key Responsibilities
Create and drive engagement activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify risks and opportunities, negotiate, and influence decisions.
Organize vendor meetings and prepare necessary materials.
Keep track of vendor performance and maintain performance records.
Build strategic vendor relationships and engagement plans.
Develop category and location-based vendor lists for projects and corporate needs.
Monitor project progress and contractor performance.
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders.
Enhance vendor management processes and provide training materials.
Review contract management practices.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure performance standards.
Take part in other strategic initiatives for the business.
About You
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a project or company of similar size and complexity, preferably in an EPCM environment.
Extensive procurement/category management experience with indirect categories in a large EPCM organization.
Ability to manage vendors and development activities with a focus on risk.
Proven track record in creating effective category and procurement strategies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Excellent skills in analyzing risks.
Ability to develop and improve processes with an agile and structured approach.
