The position will be responsible for the Vendor Registration, Qualification, Performance and Development activities across the project.Key Responsibilities
  • Create and drive engagement activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, negotiate, and influence decisions.
  • Organize vendor meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Keep track of vendor performance and maintain performance records.
  • Generate management reports highlighting supplier performance.
  • Build strategic vendor relationships and engagement plans.
  • Develop category and location-based vendor lists for projects and corporate needs.
  • Monitor project progress and contractor performance.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders.
  • Enhance vendor management processes and provide training materials.
  • Review contract management practices.
  • Conduct supplier audits to ensure performance standards.
  • Take part in other strategic initiatives for the business.
About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a project or company of similar size and complexity, preferably in an EPCM environment.
  • Extensive procurement/category management experience with indirect categories in a large EPCM organization.
  • Ability to manage vendors and development activities with a focus on risk.
  • Proven track record in creating effective category and procurement strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Excellent skills in analyzing risks.
  • Ability to develop and improve processes with an agile and structured approach.
