Joining the membership team, situated in a recently renovated office in North Sydney, you will be led by a fantastic manager who will oversee all training and provide ongoing support throughout this role. Although a temporary ongoing contract, they are looking to expand their team further - should you have full working rights, this is a great temp to perm opportunity!What is unique about you?As a seasoned Administrator transitioning into this member-focused role, you’ll occupy a central position that requires a balanced blend of meticulous administrative skill and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborating closely with established members, professionals, and the broader medical community, you’ll serve as an essential contact point, guaranteeing smooth communication and support over email and phone communication. Your responsibilities will span from adeptly managing memberships, facilitating interactions, and escalating to other teams. Given the seasonal fluctuations in the membership life cycle, your duties will encompass a diverse array of tasks, encompassing customer service, financial administration, and coordination responsibilities, offering you a multifaceted and rewarding role within a great team!A snapshot of your role…
  • Take escalated calls from members and enquiries from the front office team, triaging, and actioning where possible and maintaining all correspondence via the database
  • During renewal periods, partner with the finance team to share communications to members, issuing payment requests and overseeing the membership payment cycle
  • Manage all new member onboarding and ensure compliance checks and documents are allocated to the CRM
  • Contribute to broader business initiatives, including aiding learning and development events, providing admin support to recruitment drives, and supporting community projects planning
  • Work in collaboration with the Membership Engagement Manager and assist fellow membership team colleagues when required for overflow work
