- Working hours are 9am to 5pm with 30 min lunch break
- Flexibility to WFH, but mostly in office
- Occasional weekend work on site
- For the right candidate they will offer ongoing or perm
- Minute taking experience essential.
- Database uploading/updating and maintaining -sign in sheet amendments, adding membership forms to profiles and adding onto Content manager when required
- Survey work -logistics, budget assist and CTA submissions
- Prepare meeting papers
- Budget for NTBC submissions
- Monitor membership inbox
- Assist AGM and director meeting logistics when required
- Submission of budgets for AGM and Director meetings
- Working with Vulnerable People Check required - Candidates don't have to have this already as long as happy to have one completed.
