You will take the lead in overseeing the development of Operating Term Documentation preparing for the Facilities Management (FM) operations phase of the project. This project evolves from the Mobilisation phase and into operations. Experience working in a Public Private Partnership Environment (PPP) will be highly regarded.Key Responsibilities:
- Development of performance monitoring process to ensure contract compliance
- Development of Operating Term Documentation in accordance with contract requirements
- Liaison with the project team including design consultants, the builder and key project stakeholders to develop operational procedures
- Effective communications with stakeholders, including the client, contractors and hospital teams
- Thorough reporting and tracking of progress to ensure Mobilisation and Operational phase obligations are met
- You will demonstrate the ability to work in complex contracts, and have highly developed problem-solving and process development skills
- A great communicator - you will be able to lead conversations and tease out key points for action or integration into our documentation
- A background managing complex performance and compliance systems would be beneficial in developing and maintaining the required contract systems
- Someone who can anticipate - you'll get to know your site and contract intimately and this will help you anticipate and manage issues to ensure they do not become problems
- Well organized - you will approach your work methodically, and you will be able to report on the progress of any job quickly and efficiently. Prioritisation will be easy for you
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Outlook, Excel, and Word
