- 3-5 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Financial Services
- Ability to gather requirements and translate these into technical requirements for delivery
- Ability to engage, collaborate and communicate with both business and technical colleagues, across offices and time zones
- Demonstrated experience in building and delivering BI reporting
- Ability to work in an agile team environment and meet strict deadlines while delivering a quality product.
