- Good understanding of business and corporate legislation particularly as it relates to the Trade Practices/competition and consumer law (desirable).
- Intermediate skill in the use of MS Office Software Suite.

- A minimum of 2 to 5 years selling credit products in the finance industry in a similar role or at the equivalent level, with previous roles in vehicle, equipment, broking or banking related finance being highly regarded.
- Experience with tools and methodologies for requirements gathering and modelling.
- Experience in working in or with Co-operatives or other Member focused organisations is desirable.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Sales or Marketing management role.
- Successful experience working in a similar role for a Cooperative or other member based organisation (desirable).
- Experience in automotive industry along with sound understanding of the automotive parts industry or related/equivalent industries (desirable)
- Tertiary Qualification in Commerce or Business Management or in a related discipline (highly desirable).
- Current valid driver's licence issued by the relevant State / Zone regulatory authority (essential)
