- Ad hoc administration tasks such as printing, scanning, filling
- Management of travel
- Management of expenses
- Provide additional support to monitor any incoming tasks
- Assist with team mentoring and training of new Operations staff members
- Assist Practice Executives with document amendments and management, including powerpoints and pitches, amending and finalising of client invoices and associated monthly client reporting
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrates initiative and strong client focus.
- Resilience, with the ability to thrive and effectively work with continuous change, challenging stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to adjust priorities or working hours when necessary.
