Packaging Designer

• Collaborate with the Creative Director/Design Directors to translate client briefs into stunning visual designs.
• Develop innovative branding solutions that meet client objectives and elevate their brand identity.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for a variety of marketing materials, including packaging design.
• Manage photo shoots, working with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to achieve the desired visual outcome.
• Liaise effectively with account managers and production teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Continuously learn and expand your design skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and techniques.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design agency environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design expertise, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Excellent knowledge of pre-press, printing techniques, and stock selections.
• The ability to freehand illustrate and develop concepts from ideation to final execution.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• A passion for design, a commercial focus, and a willingness to learn and grow.
