This company is well established in the NSW housing market for new homes. They have new home projects across NSW.They build 300 homes a year across the state and have an established team in the Hunter/Newcastle areas.Office support with estimating, drafting/design and customer service teams in place to assist with the day to day tasks and problem solving.The role:

Managing multiple sites (~ 20 homes) of single and double story homes
Managing the civil groundworks to completion/handover
Coordinate, program and schedule jobs, trades and materials
Oversee site staff and liaise with internal office staff (Estimators, Drafters..)
Solve design and construction issues that arise on site
Report to the Construction Manager of the Newcastle office
Communicate with clients regularly

To be considered you must have:

Experience on new-built homes
Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on site
Experience working across more than one housing job site
Excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with both internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
A drivers license and white card
Some experience in the civil side of projects
Computer literacy required
