We are looking for a Cafe Assistant to join a fun and great team down at Granite Island. This is an ongoing opportunity, and can turn into a long term postion for the right person based on succesion.No experience required, however highly desirable

Strong customer service skills.
Experience working in a busy retail/café environment.
Merchandising skills and product development.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Demonstrates knowledge of food handling skills, including preparation, cooking and plating-up.
Coffee making and retail sales experience is desirable.
