- Expected duties include approximately 20% Front End Loader Operation and 80% Labouring / Machine Operating
- Terminal operations run 24/7 for shipping purposes
- Shifts rotate between day, afternoon, and night shifts
- Labourers will undertake various tasks throughout the terminal as per operational requirements (e.g., cleaning, shovelling) and may also perform plant operations as needed (e.g., sampling, compacting, unloading trucks)
- Initial month's work will primarily be on day shift for training purposes
- Potential for permanent employment with the company
- Possession of a valid Construction Induction White/Blue Card
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work various shifts (day, afternoon, and night)
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, walking, shovelling, sweeping, etc.
- Capacity to work independently and adapt to different working environments
- Preference given to candidates with Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and Front End Loader tickets/licenses, although not mandatory
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
