Jaybro Group is on a mission to make life easier for infrastructure contractors.We are seeking dedicated and responsible Production General hand with experience in manufacturing to join our energetic team. As a Production General Hand, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our brand promise by ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products by living our core value of WOW customers. This position is not just about being a production general hand; it will also include assisting the warehouse team and immersing yourself in Jaybro’s culture and embodying our core values in every aspect of your work.As a Production General Hand, you will ensure the efficient production of quality signage products ensuring our customer orders are completed on time delivering a WOW service.The successful individual will be responsible for;
Operation of machinery across the signage production department including Zund Cutting Table ;
Perform quality control checks on finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintaining constant and clear communication with Production Coordinator, Team Leader and other team members to make sure commitments and targets are met within deadlines.
Requirements
Strong commitment to safety
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience on the below;
Use of a Henrob machine (or similar)
Use of a bandsaw
Use of a drop saw
Use of a drill press
