What will you be doing?

Management of a portfolio of strata clients with a particular emphasis on profitable growth.
Providing professional advice to clients in all matters affecting their insurance program needs.
Negotiating terms with underwriters
Maintaining regular contact with clients/Strata Managers throughout the year, including on site visitations as required
Processing of new business, endorsements and renewals

What do you need?

General insurance broking experience, strata highly advantageous
Tier 1 broking qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
