They are a dynamic and growing manufacturing business dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. their team is passionate about innovation and delivering exceptional results.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (or someone looking to take the step up) to lead our engineering team in the western suburbs of Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, including product design, development, and testing. They will also be responsible for managing projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives
Oversee product design, development, and testing processes
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including TGA and ISO approvals
Manage project budgets and timelines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and sales, to achieve company goals
Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in the hydraulic manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of TGA and ISO approvals and regulations
Excellent project management skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
