An exciting opportunity has opened up for a fresh face to join our Grounds maintenance management team on our Defence Base Services team in Katherine, based at RAAF Base Tindal.You will be provided with a highly efficient and hard-working team to deliver our Defence Base Services contract, along with transparent communication and mentoring from the Operations Managers.If you are proactive, energetic, client-facing, and want to develop further, this could be the role for you!Why Ventia?

Your Duties;

Organise a weekly work schedule
Manage a crew of up to 12 staff
Delegate tasks
Get the most out of your team!
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
Order equipment and resources
Hands-on maintenance work
Report into an Operations Manager

What you will need?

2-4+ years' experience within a management role
Personable and presentable
Strong computer/IT knowledge
Strong managerial and organisational skills
