Prepare and present food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a la carte, room service, functions and buffet service
Ensure that mis-en-place is complete in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards
Follow recipes and brand standards
Maintain strict stock control procedures

QualificationsWhat you need to be successful

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualified
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding mis-en-place
Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards
Flexible availability to work a range of shifts and days
