- Providing expert administrative support to the real estate team, allowing the agents to develop and foster professional relationships.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales listings, trust account set, documentation, contracts and providing property management assistance to ensure a smooth process for listing, selling and settling rural property sales.
- Assist maintain the CRM data base ad ensure listings are uploaded, managed and concluded efficiently for each sales campaign.
- Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process.
- Assisting with promotional and marketing materials in collaboration with State Rural Marketing for the agents to actively promote the Elders brand, the agent profiles and the properties being marketed.
- Processing the accounts and reconciling the advertising from a client campaign.
- Some travel may be involved in this role.
- Have a sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industry with an emphasis on rural property being well regarded.
- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment.
- Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking adaptable with change and embrace technology. Mapping skills with Qld Globe, DAS or Agtuary platforms would be well regarded.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration.
- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future agents.
