We are seeking a skilled Project Reporting Specialist specialising in reporting and risk management for our clients mining closure project. This unique opportunity involves implementing standardised reporting processes and managing risk factors crucial to the successful completion of the project.Responsibilities:

Implement standardised reporting procedures using Power BI
Develop data pipelines leveraging Power Automate workflows or other ETL tools
Automate reporting tasks seamlessly
Create reporting templates and oversee end-to-end reporting processes
Gather and analyse progress data from contractors on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Ensure timely and accurate reporting
Collaborate with corporate reporting teams to fulfil business reporting requirements effectively
Work closely with the Cost and Contracts team on budgeting, forecasting, change management, and Contract Variations
Ensure accuracy in reporting details
Develop flexible reporting processes to maintain data integrity
Adapt to changes in reporting scales adeptly

Key Criteria:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining or resources industry, preferably in Project Execution Phases.
Willingness to take on leadership roles and learn as a Risk Practitioner.
Availability to travel to the site as required.
Experience in a Senior Reporting Officer role, with a proven track record of developing project reporting for various projects or portfolios.
Proficiency in SAP, CMS, Primavera, Power BI, and other data analytics software.
Solid understanding of enterprise risk management principles and practices, including critical control measures.
