- Manage all facets of our leadership development programs and broader learning programs including program management, facilitation, and content design. Ensure they are aligned with our global curriculum, adapted to ANZ, contemporary, market leading and impactful.
- Design and develop resources, tools, and templates to support leadership and professional development across all levels.
- Provide continuous coaching and support to embed learning within the organization effectively. Ensure roles and responsibilities of People Managers, participants, and HRBPs are clear and well-established to support ongoing embedding of learning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on and create a yearly training calendar.
- Oversee compliance and mandatory training deployment and completion.
- Administer our LMS (Litmos and FUSE), including designing learning experiences, content management, reporting, and user training.
- Lead the Corporate Induction design, development, and coordination.
- Develop a high-potential program to identify and nurture future leaders.
- Integrate Demant Values into all learning programs to foster desired behaviors and support the organizational culture.
- Measure and report on L&D effectiveness through the establishment of an L&D dashboard and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively develop commercial acumen and business understanding by being “in the business” (such as regularly visiting our clinics and understanding our business operating model - eg ATRT) & maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys and manage the performance and development cycle in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Apply effective change management strategies to ensure the acceptance and sustainability of OD initiatives.
- Leverage data from performance reviews, employee surveys, and HR metrics to develop insightful solutions.
- Ensure training programs evolve with the business needs, focusing on current trends and best practices.
- A passion for Demant's values and our purpose, with a drive to create significant differences in hearing healthcare.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced and engaging trainer and facilitator.
- Experienced in developing and delivering comprehensive L&D programs, including Leadership Development.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all business levels.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in understanding of the business and the impact of L&OD initiatives.
- Current certifications in Gallup Strengths Finder, Insights Discovery (highly desirable).
- Deep knowledge of Adult Learning principles.
- An understanding of sales methodologies and how L&D impacts sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR Systems.
- Understanding of the HR Lifecycle, HR policies/principles, relevant legislation, and current HR and L&OD trends.
- Understanding of the principles of ATRT will be an advantage.
- Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in learning and/or organisational development.
- Prior experience working in a multi-site retail/service/medical device environment (preferable)
