Do you love to work within a team of super organised people?Due to growth in the state McLean Care are seeking a Roster Clerk to work as part of the support team in New South Wales. The team works on a rotating roster of shifts, starting at 6am, 7am and 8am.This role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and involves preparation of rosters, negotiation of shift changes, data entry of client requirements into the system, general office support and some infrequent on-call.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong computer literacy
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team
  • Previous rostering experience would be highly regarded
