Assist with client and trade procurement, contract management and financial reporting of projects
Collate documentation required for procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
Assist with tenders, review and present recommendations to the estimating team
Monitor suppliers and sub-contractors invoices and progress claims to ensure compliance with the current legislation
Monitor and evaluate all sub-contractor variation requests prior to final approval
Ensure all cost allocations are coded and costed correctly
Liaise with all stakeholders
As well as these key requirements you should also possess:Either trade background or a relevant construction degree
Strong organisational skills
Working knowledge of Contract Administration, Estimating, Programming, Sub-Contractor Management and Client Liaison
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Task Proficient and an ability to prioritise
Excellent Negotiation and cost management skills
Strong cost management skills
Have a solution based approach.
Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
