- A passion for working with children and families!
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Interest in and commitment to working in child-centred and family-focused practices including skills in working with people with disabilities and families experiencing vulnerability
- Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the principles of consumer-directed care.
- Interest in developing skills in a range of both therapeutic and capacity-building approaches applicable to the populations seeking support under NDIS including role of Key Worker.
- Commitment to reflective continuous quality improvement including self- development.
- Interest in working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Computer skills (intermediate level, or above) in a Windows environment including word processing, data collection, and entry, internet, and email.
- Holder of a current 'Working with Children Check', NDIS compliance check and
- Current Victorian Driver's License.
