Our team supports various applications, including Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications, MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics, and Adobe products (AEM).You will be part of a dynamic team conducting the day-to-day implementation of the change and release processes.This role is based onsite in Canberra, ACT. There is also a rotating on-call roster.Your skills and experienceA Self-motivated and driven to achieve deliverables and positive outcomesStrong presentation, engagement, and communication skills (written and verbal)Team player who can work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervisionHighly desirable experience:ITIL V3 or V4 certification or understanding of ITIL processesUnderstanding how change and release management processes integrate with the other ITIL processesUnderstanding of Defence ITSM processesHands-on experience with the Service Manager or other service management toolDue to the nature of the role, you hold a current Negative Vetting 1 (or higher) Australian Government security clearance.DXC Culture & BenefitsDXC Technology is dedicated to ‘putting its people first’.
