Join the Programmed team today.About The OpportunityProgrammed Facility Management (PFM) are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the functionality, safety and sustainability of social housing services across NSW. You will be responsible for leading delivery of exceptional facilities management (FM) services for a large-scale portfolio of social housing sites on behalf of our client. Based in Orange NSW, and reporting to the Contract Executive, this permanent full-time role offers long term career potential with the opportunity to have a meaningful impact at work by supporting important services for the community.Through exceptional contract management, your key responsibilities will be:

Lead the contract for the provision of FM services for the social housing portfolio.
Oversee and drive contract performance including compliance, financial, and operational delivery, leveraging data-driven insights.
Contract P&L responsibility including OPEX and CAPEX budget.
Exceptional client partnership through service delivery, long-term strategic planning and meaningful engagement.
Manage, lead and develop a team of likeminded dedicated facilities management & support services professionals.
Part of the contract leadership team making a significant contribution to the leadership and growth of our business.
Accurate record keeping for all works in line with quality and auditing requirements.
Vendor management of all sub-contracted services.

About YouTo excel in this role, you will have an intimate understanding of FM with a 'can-do' attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for top-notch service delivery. You will have demonstrated experience leading delivery of a large-scale services contract to a government client, ideally housing, with a medium-large sized organisation (private, public or not-for-profit sector). Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

Tertiary business qualification(s) or similar related field (commerce, finance etc) desirable.
Facility Management, or experience in similar industry such as construction, property etc.
Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability.
Proactive approach to relationship management.
Experience in leading a team in a busy and high pressure environment; proven skills in relationship management
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).
Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS desirable, not essential.
