- Lead the contract for the provision of FM services for the social housing portfolio.
- Oversee and drive contract performance including compliance, financial, and operational delivery, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Contract P&L responsibility including OPEX and CAPEX budget.
- Exceptional client partnership through service delivery, long-term strategic planning and meaningful engagement.
- Manage, lead and develop a team of likeminded dedicated facilities management & support services professionals.
- Part of the contract leadership team making a significant contribution to the leadership and growth of our business.
- Accurate record keeping for all works in line with quality and auditing requirements.
- Vendor management of all sub-contracted services.

- Tertiary business qualification(s) or similar related field (commerce, finance etc) desirable.
- Facility Management, or experience in similar industry such as construction, property etc.
- Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability.
- Proactive approach to relationship management.
- Experience in leading a team in a busy and high pressure environment; proven skills in relationship management
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).
- Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS desirable, not essential.
