Our client, First Prudential Markets Pty Limited is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies.Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this role will focus on leading and managing the customer service operations.This is a varied role that will require you to:

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the team
Demonstrate experienced in FX/CFD products
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Streamline operations and enhance the customer experience
Monitor and analyse customer service metrics
Collaborate with sales and product development
Develop industry specific training programs
Conduct regular performance evaluations for customer service representatives,
Provide guidance on both MetaTrader and iRESS
Manage and ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Manage, incentivise, and develop customer service staff
