Reporting to the Field Service Manager, your focus will be To service and install across a large variety of industrial solutions. The work is diverse and challenging. Work involves Honeywell SCADA, DCSs, and Safety Systems along with advanced software applications e.g. plant historians. There may be occasional travel required to remote locations, including offshore locations.Key Responsibilities:· Responsible for technical delivery of Control Systems preventative and remedial maintenance.· Implementation of Control Systems projects, typically using Honeywell TPS and/or Experion controller and supervisory systems, and/or third party PLC controllers.· Implement projects using Honeywell Tools and processes, provide input for constant improvement of processes.· Programming of controllers in a variety of languages.· Maintain, install and service DCS/SCADA packages and other software in the MES layer.· Maintain, install and service Industrial control equipment on a variety of industrial sites.· Customer reporting and meeting planned service requirements.· Familiarity with wide variety of industrial plants and applications as applicable to control systems.· Conduct customer acceptance testing and final commissioning of systems on site.· Comply with Honeywell engineering processes tools and methodologies.· Internal and external liaison with including Service and project progress reporting.· Identifying and acting upon, sales and service opportunities· Respond to customer call outs in a timely manner.· Attend customer site on request and respond to needs· Provide Customer Service report (CSR) and technical reports as required.· Manage, log and track system issues including Service Requests (SRs) raised for incident and Problem management.Key Experience & Capabilities:· Preferably 10 years of experience in delivering SCADA, DCSs, and Safety Systems along with advanced software applications e.g. plant historians· • Experience with setting up and maintaining Networks· • In depth knowledge of industrial instrumentation & control equipment.· Good understanding of the financial aspects of engineering.· • Exceptional PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft software packages.· • Outstanding communications skills. The ability to communicate complex issues concisely and with clarity.· • Experience with direct customer contact.· • Understanding of industrial work culture.· • Be able to work in a team environment.About UsThe world is changing.
