- Week 1 - Wed/Sun & Week 2 - Mon/Tues/Wed 10am-7:45am
- Supportive Manager and on-site teams
- Team supervision
- Oversee clinical care in collaboration with clinical support staff
- Consult with families, allied health and medical personnel
- Provision of appropriate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements
- Identify high risks and ensure care is of best practice, report all clinical issues
- Participation in continuous quality improvement activities and oversee specialized nursing audits.
- Complete and supervise documentation of assessments, care plans care evaluation
- Complete Care Plan Consults on new Admission residents
- Daily reading of the progress notes and review of work logs
- Daily monitoring of any ill, palliative care and complex medical needs of those residents.
- Complete and supervise wound management
- Tertiary qualification and AHPRA registration
- National Police Check (clear record)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
