Mental Health Nurse - YHIDC

• Provide a high standard of clinical care pertaining to mental health care
• Initiates appropriate treatment and referral in emergency situations
• Working as part of the multi-disciplinary team
• Management of patients on mental health medications
• Administration of medications
• Conducting health promotional activities

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Div. 1 Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Mental Health Nursing
• Advanced clinical assessment, care planning and crisis management skills
• Current First Aid / BLS certificate or willingness to obtain
• Current Federal Police Check or willingness to obtain
