Enjoy the security of joining a well-established, award winning company!The Company:With a reputation for supplying high-end commercial & residential interior products for new builds and re-fit projects across Australia, this organisation continues to go from strength to strength.Your Role:Reporting to the Distribution Manager NSW, your new role offers plenty of variety as you travel to different customer sites in order to assemble | install a range of interior products whilst providing leadership to a small team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and the delivery of quality service & products.Responsibilities will include:

Installation and assembly of office furniture | interior products within commercial, educational, hospitality, and some residential spaces
Ensuring items have been installed correctly and safely
Daily supervision of a small team of Installers
Resolving customer issues
Delivery of products to customer sites including inspection of products
Providing customers with product information and any training required on installed products
Assisting with warehouse duties (such as container loading | unloading, receiving & dispatch) as required by the warehouse team

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in installation | assembly of products (preferred) or similar such as carpentry, trade assistant | labouring, joinery, fit-outs etc.
Ability to read basic plans and confident with the use of battery operated tools
Proven ability to lead a small team
Current White Card
Driver licence
Good communication skills and customer service focus
