- Tertiary qualifications in international development, business, political science, or related discipline
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical advisers and other specialist experts critical to a program’s performance
- Demonstrated excellence in managing donor deliverables, particularly in reporting and program management
- Proven ability to foster and develop strong relationships with senior government counterparts, with a recognised track record in navigating political sensitivities and proficiency in diplomatic communications
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of MERLA, GEDSI and safeguards, locally led development and Management Information Systems
