Established in 1993, PYBAR has grown to become one of Australia's largest underground hard rock mining contractors operating in multiple states of Australia with a track record in securing repeat business.We are seeking the next generation of recently graduated or about to graduate mining engineers for our projects across Australia for our 2025 graduate program. If you are looking to kick start your career in mining and project management - look no further than PYBAR.ABOUT THE PROGRAMPYBAR's newly revamped Graduate program will see you work across various underground mining projects, providing you with the opportunity to complete your underground time as well as working in a project engineering support role. In this role you will be exposed to multiple areas of underground mining whilst being provided continued support and mentoring from PYBAR's operations team.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or you're about to graduate.
Advanced computer skills in Excel, estimating and mine planning software.
An ability to prepare and deliver detailed and accurate reports to stakeholders at all levels.
Have a genuine interest in mining and project management.
Previous underground mining experience in a graduate position or vocation work is an advantage, but not essential.
Hold a valid manual driver licence.
Be willing to learn and develop.
