Working in a large five star medical centre on the northside of Brisbane, this position is not to be missed, due to their inclusive and friendly team.Duties:

Provide first class Reception and Admin services to all patients and customers
Schedule appointments and bookings
Handle incoming calls, and welcoming customers face to face
Processing invoices
Handle patients portals - filing documentation and relevant information.

Experience:

Exceptional customer service skills - someone who is professional yet at the same time can show friendliness and empathy
Ability to work as part of a busy team
Proficient on MS Office Suite
Highly organised individual who can multitask

One full time opportunity available working 38 hours per week. $65K per annum plus superOne part time opportunity available working anywhere between 28 - 32 hours per week. Flexible hours /days. $65K per annum plus super (Pro-Rata)Everton Park location - Street parking available
