Duties and responsibilities include:

Assess submissions, policy wordings, loss runs and financial reports to determine premiums
Proactively advising, assisting, servicing and following up with clients on insurance and risk matters
Cultivate relationships with brokers and clients, actively seeking new partnerships
Making informed underwriting decisions aligned with the strategic direction of the portfolio

We are looking for someone with:

Sound technical underwriting experience broadly across financial lines of business
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to creatively influence and negotiate with market stakeholders
High level attention to detail, analytical skills and awareness of underwriting guidelines
Confident communication skills and a desire to be market facing and develop your network
