- Working with the world leading CliniKids Autism Research at Telethon Kids Institute, led by Professor Andrew Whitehouse, and be part of a specialised model of care that allows for the translation of cutting-edge research into innovative and individualised practices.
- Be part of the prompt translation of new intervention-research findings into practice and be instrumental in closing the gap between research and the delivery of truly evidence-based therapies.

- Work with a team of researchers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists where everyone's career matters and everyone has variety in their workday - where all staff get the opportunity to learn a researched specific therapy approach.
- Refine your skills and become a trainer or facilitator of workshops to ensure we are instrumental in making the research come to life and spread the word of best practice as widely as possible.
- Be supported by streamlined processes, swift intuitive systems and reduced administration tasks that remove the burden of non-therapy related tasks.
- Work from modern purpose built and extremely well-resourced clinic rooms as well as in the family home, school or community when required.
- Specific clinical experience and passion for working with young children with autism or developmental delay, and a sound knowledge of autism and its impact.
- An understanding of evidenced based interventions in autism and familiarity with the National Guidelines for supporting the learning, participation, and wellbeing of autistic children and their families in Australia.
- A strong work ethic with a flexible, collaborative team approach and proven success in engaging teams and families in therapy.
- Demonstrated innovation and passion for ongoing professional development.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Eligible for a Medicare provider number and as a provider for NDIA.
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own car when needed.
