Multi sector agency - IT, Finance, Engineering
Salary up to A$200 to 250k + bonuses

Team size up to 20 currently

Based in their Perth office, you will be a senior leader respponsible for managing their IT and/or Finance divisions.This roles has the potential to progress to WA State Director and WA Managing Director.Responsibilities:

Team management of circa 15-20 staff with a view to doubling this in 2 years.
Full training and development responsibility
Hands on client management and liaison
Hiring and attraction responsibility internally

Your role will be to consolidate and drive your business forward, hiring and developing new consultants to success. Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Previous senior management experience in an Agency environment is ESSENTIAL
Extensive recruitment experience across IT and/or Engineering
People management experience
Client management / business development skills
Drive, Ambition and Focus
