This permanent, full-time opportunity plays a key role in BlueRock's success and allows you to partner with some of Melbourne's coolest entrepreneurial business owners.What you'll be doing:You will be working with a diverse range of clients on everything from:

Tax consulting including employee share schemes, restructuring and advice
Strategic business planning
Navigate through transfer pricing obligations and exposures
Dealt with international dealings schedules
Withholding tax issues
Supporting our up and coming talent to develop and grow
Financial modelling and forecasting
Working alongside other teams within BlueRock to identify opportunities to collaborate on client engagements

From a compliance point of view, you will play a role in our team to ensure our clients meet compliance and tax obligations, including:

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns
Preparing and lodging BASs, IAS, FBT Returns

3-5 years experience within a mid-tier Accounting firm
Previous experience mentoring and coaching graduates and junior team members
Worked on an MNC client base
Helped overseas business set up in Australia
Dealt with tax returns that the taxpayer is a significant global entity (SGE)
Dealing with Expat returns in Australia (temporary residents)
Degree qualification and are CA qualified (or near completion)
Strong level of technical advisory proficiency; with tax and consulting/modelling engagements including budgeting, cash flow forecasting & valuations
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Xero skills
