Join the Boston Shaker Underground mine team as a Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible to provide effective supervision to the plant maintenance crews to deliver the requirements in terms of safety, leadership, plant service delivery and cost.About the role

Attractive RemunerationRoles & responsibilities not limited to:
  • Demonstrate a visible commitment to providing a safe place of work;
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and subcontractors during the shift
  • Undertake informal individual feedback reviews with direct reports on each roster
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities leading to safer workplaces, increased productivity and increased efficiencies
  • Ensure there is an understanding of and work within the project budget and forecast
About you
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of a range of heavy earthmoving equipment and underground ancillary plant.
  • Detailed knowledge of mining and safety regulations
  • Mechanical knowledge to a level of understanding equipment capabilities, maintenance scheduling and preventative maintenance methods
  • Supervisory management skills
  • Not less than five years trade experience as a tradesperson
  • Experience gained on a varied range of equipment
  • Drivers Licence (manual)
