Attractive RemunerationRoles & responsibilities not limited to:
- Demonstrate a visible commitment to providing a safe place of work;
- Supervise maintenance personnel and subcontractors during the shift
- Undertake informal individual feedback reviews with direct reports on each roster
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities leading to safer workplaces, increased productivity and increased efficiencies
- Ensure there is an understanding of and work within the project budget and forecast
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of a range of heavy earthmoving equipment and underground ancillary plant.
- Detailed knowledge of mining and safety regulations
- Mechanical knowledge to a level of understanding equipment capabilities, maintenance scheduling and preventative maintenance methods
- Supervisory management skills
- Not less than five years trade experience as a tradesperson
- Experience gained on a varied range of equipment
- Drivers Licence (manual)
