- Ability to produce communications strategies, media releases and supporting materials for IAG, its brands and leaders.
- A deep understanding of the way external stakeholders - particularly media, governments and consumer and community advocates operate.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in the external environment.
- Courage and ability to challenge and influence ideas and executives.
- Experience in a large, complex, issues rich, highly regulated company or industry preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in communications/ journalism/ law or associated fields.
