- Perform B2B telemarketing efforts on behalf of our clients, identifying qualified leads for their campaigns
- Learn and use customized scripts, articulating the technical and business benefits of our client's products/services
- Build rapport with potential leads to gather information
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone interaction time
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals by the expected date
- Analyze our scripts and processes, listen to calls, and find innovative solutions to help programs run more efficiently
- 1+ years experience in telemarketing, sales, or similar role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superior attention to detail and organization
- Results driven
- Perseverance and the ability to push past the 'no'
- Excellent attendance
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00am AEST to 5:00pm AEST
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
