- Work closely with media and digital agencies on the implementation of paid search and social campaigns defining best-practice local strategy within global guidelines
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
- Review keyword bidding, daily and monthly budgeting, clicks, quality score and other campaign metrics
- Review competition strategies, strengths and opportunities and keep pace with search and social industry trends and developments
- Work with Content Specialist to achieve best practice of paid campaigns exploiting all features and extensions
- Support Digital Marketing Manager to effectively build, execute and measure innovative digital marketing plans that support the business growth strategy
- Lead and optimise CRM strategy and email marketing campaigns
- Work with commercial team on the execution of the e-retailer marketing activities
- Website management, making adjustments where possible to enhance our overall presence in search
- Analyse website traffic to extract and interpret data generated by online user activity.
- Monitoring and analysis of PPC campaigns
- Utilise analytics tools to track, measure, report and interpret the performance of marketing campaigns
- Make confident data-driven recommendations for future campaigns using deep thoughtful analysis of campaign results
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and senior management
- Degree in Digital advertising/marketing
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, managing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns specifically Paid Search and Paid Social
- 3+ years of strong working knowledge & qualifications in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads
- 3+ years of strong working knowledge of Meta and Tiktok Business Manager
- Agency and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong data analytical skills, a high degree of proficiency in Excel
- Ability to pivot quickly within a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Performance driven with exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptability to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies
- Strong collaborative and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Proactive, initiative-driven, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
