- Handle day-to-day property and facilities management requests via web or telephone using specialized property management software.
- Coordinate and liaise with property managers, building occupants, and service providers for the smooth performance of works.
- Proactively manage works to minimize service level agreement (SLA) breaches.
- Keep customers informed of the status of work orders throughout the entire process.
- Collaborate with service providers on works in progress and ensure compliance with assigned SLAs.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance works following established protocols.
- Assess the financial value of works and approve invoices in line with authority delegations.
- Actively participate in portfolio-specific projects and gain valuable work experience alongside property managers.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, consistently delivering innovative property solutions.
- Solid understanding of property terminology and basic types of tenure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is essential.
- A proactive attitude and can-do mindset.
