Our ideal candidate:The ideal candidate should possess a high level of professionalism, judgement, discretion, and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to effectively engage with senior individuals. It is important for the candidate to have the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and demonstrate initiative and forward-thinking when managing diaries and meetings, particularly for senior managers.The specific duties of an Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Providing administrative support, including diary management, coordination and management of correspondence, and efficient use of office systems.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder inquiries, correspondence, and operational issues, ensuring the effective delivery of information and services.
  • Handling travel arrangements and related procurement, including credit card and financial reconciliations.
  • Operating and maintaining computer-based applications for the work area and preparing associated reports.
  • Coordinating events and meetings, including collation of briefing material, venue procurement, and other meeting arrangements as required.
