Air Liquide Australia provides innovative, responsive and customer focused services to our product range, which improves the performance of our customers while helping protect the environment.Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be responsible for managing plant production reporting and analysis and ensuring plant reliability by observing and acting on issues before failures. This role will support plant engineers with current projects with the aim to learn and develop skills to take ownership of future projects.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Implement all efficiency programs by Industrial Direction aligned with current initiatives, and projects and other local losses & cost reduction, optimization efforts to contribute to savings generation from these programs.To know as well for ASU (Air Separation Unit) plant operation technically and ensure that the Plant is operated in a safe, quality, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the customer requirement and friendly to environment.Monitoring, troubleshooting, investigation and report according to the plant operation and incidents also supervise appropriate action to operators.Consistent reporting of Primary Production efficiency program status, losses reduction, KPI monitoring and quantitative generated savingsAnalyze daily and monthly KPI efficiency data, trends and recommend solution on deviationsRecommend other efficiency programs and tools applicable according to the entity's group best practice and Air Liquide's technical operation platformProcess training of Primary Production operation team to increase level of competency to operate an efficient plantAre you a MATCH?Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Mechanical EngineeringUnderstanding of ASU operationGood AutoCAD skills for updating P&IDsGood MS Excel skills for plant production reportingBasic experience working in processing plantStrong communication & interpersonal skillsPositive attitude to learning new things and welcoming a challengeInnovative Thinking and Influencing LeadershipSolution-focused Decision MakingWe OFFER:Full-time permanent role based in Port Pirie, SAOn-site parkingSalary Continuance InsuranceAnnual salary increase based on performanceLong-term career development opportunities locally and/or internationallyOpportunities to undertake interesting and challenging work within Air Liquide’s global businessCulturally-diverse environmentAccess to Air Liquide’s discount platform with over 350 retailersAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
